Step 1

Visit http://www.usfreeads.com/ and set up a free account with them. This is a great site that surprisingly allows you to publish free ads. This is where we are going to advertise or promote our affiliate programs. It is very easy to get your ads listed on Google with a good page ranking if you apply some basic keyword strategies (what people search for on Google).

Step 2

Visit http://www.clickbank.com/ and set up a free account with them, allowing you to promote your affiliate products. They specialise in digital products such as software and ebooks. I would also recommend signing up to Amazons affiliate program so you can promote physical products as well.

Step 3

Now here is the slightly more technical part and in many ways most important because if you get this right you can get listed on Google with ease and have a surge of traffic to your ads, resulting in lots of money. So play attention! Visit http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ this is a keyword research tool. Type in the main theme of your ad. For example, "golf clubs" then this tool will give you a list of relevant keywords (eg. "golf clubs for sale") and the number of times people have searched for them. Pick out 10 - 20 that relate to your product and their number of searches.

Step 4

Go to Google and in quotes type in your keywords, separately (eg. "golf clubs for sales") Once you have done this (don't forget the quotes or it won't work!) along the right side it will say the number of results. Do this for each keyword and make a table in Microsoft Word or on a piece of paper with Keywords, Number of searches for each keyword (provided by the search tool I gave you) and results it Google.

Step 5

Look at your table and select the keywords with a high search but LOW RESULTS. Any keywords with results under about 10,000 are good. So chose the best keyword in your list. HIGH SEARCHES: LOW RESULT. Now go onto your UsFreeAds account and create your Ad. With your special keyword in the title. Include your affiliate link and encourage them to buy your product. Within a few days your Ad will be on Google and getting lots of traffic and making money!
