Oftentimes when a car needs to be painted or repainted, the car owners initial decision is
to bring it to an auto repair shop and asked for a quote and let them do the job.

Have you think of trying to do it on your own? There were people who believes that they get
the best results only if they are the one doing it. Are you one of these believers?
Then...you must learn how to paint your car.

Do you want a specific color for your automobile and doesn't wish to splurge a lot of cash?
Then here's your chance to do it yourself and save a hundred dollars plus a reward for
yourself in learning something new. Who knows what this developed skill can lead you to.

Before doing the very first step in painting your car, you have to determine the necessary
materials so you can work on smoothly.

What are these materials?

WAX/GREASE REMOVER

Safe cleaner for removing wax, grease, oil and other contaminates.

SANDPAPER

Determine the type of paint you are using. 320 grit sandpaper is minimum and with the
fastest and decent looking finish but 400 is better.

PRIMER

Decide on the finish you want whether it is enamel, laquer, or epoxy then use the proper
primer. Car painting requires special etching primer and intermediate primer before applying
the topcoat. Remember to take ALL the rust down to bare clean metal before using the
primers.

URETHANE BASED PAINT

Why urethane-based? Simply because they provide greater flexibility and exterior durability
although they are more costly.

CLEAR COAT PAINT

To make paint to appear more glossy.

1. Air Compressor

2. Spray Gun

3. Paint Booths

4. Laquer Thinner

5. Masking Paper

6. Masking TapeM

Where to Find an Acupuncture School

There are many schools of Traditional Chinese Medicine throughout the United States and the rest of the world, where acupuncture as well as other forms of Chinese medicine can be learned. It is imperative to attend a school in order to learn the art of acupuncture if that is the specific field of study chosen and to qualify and have the necessary accreditations before beginning a practice. There is a wide curriculum of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is just one of the fields.

An on-line search is probably the best way to find a school that suits a person's needs best. There may be schools in your locality but it is highly unlikely that the local university or community college offers this curriculum. An on-line search is more likely to give institutions in the immediate proximity. Also the search should give the necessary qualification required to study this field of alternative medicine. Once all this information is collated, a person will then be able to make an informed decision about which school to attend. There will have been no time wasted on many telephone calls and traveling to find a suitable school.

Choosing a good school should be uppermost on a persons mind when making the decision to study acupuncture. This decision should not be based on the location of the school or the convenience in traveling to and from the school. If necessary, one should relocate in order to be closer to the school for the duration of the learning course. There are not as many Traditional Chinese Medicine schools in the Western world as there are traditional medicine schools, so it is imperative to make the correct choice before embarking on such a career. Smaller towns also may not have traditional medical schooling facilities so pupils wishing to follow a career path in that field would also have to travel or relocation for the duration of the study period. To rephrase, it is advisable that the Traditional Chinese Medicine school be chosen for its proficient tuition and excellent results, rather than for its convenient location.

Before embarking on a career in the field of acupuncture it is advisable to discuss this career with practicing Acupuncture Practitioners. Most will be willing to share as much information as would be required to make an informed decision. It is possible that the local university or library would have information on Traditional Chinese Medicine Schools that will meet a prospective students requirements. Bearing in mind that acupuncture does not yet have the recognition it deserves in the traditional medical world, the learning facilities for acupuncture are not as commonplace as traditional medical learning schools.

The need to travel a bit further or to relocate for the duration of the studies, should in no way discourage a person from embarking on such a wonderful learning experience. It can be that some Traditional Chinese Medicine schools are located in one state but provide practical training in another state. If this is the case then travel or relocation will be necessary but should not discourage a potential student from embarking on this future career.
